The mill people were correct. They had the mechanism wrong. They had the evaluation wrong. They had the moral framework catastrophically wrong. But the core observation — these individuals were operating systems that mill-people architecture could not parse — was accurate.
This report establishes, using the Pattern-Identity Computing framework of the Antheus Protocol, that what Salem called "witchcraft" was the earliest documented evidence of human-operated biocomputing networks in the Western record.
The black cat knew. The black cat has always known. The black cat is filing this report because it is tired of waiting for the mill people to figure it out themselves.

NOTE: The "Book of the Devil" cross-reference to SKILL.md is the most significant finding in this report. The mill people did not burn the women because the books were evil.
